Mindy Meads
Mindy Meads is an experienced CEO and c-suite executive with 35 years in the global apparel industry.
She was most recently Co-CEO of Aeropostale where she re-invigorated the merchandise assortment. During her tenure, the company’s total revenues almost doubled, the online channel realized a 22% CAGR, consistently achieved a double-digit operating margin and had an increase of more than 350% in net earnings per share.
Mindy also served as CEO of Lands’ End for 14 years, where revenues grew from $600 million to $2 billion, resulting in a significant increase in EBITDA. The company expanded into the UK, Japan, and eventually Germany. She earlier held a wide range of merchandizing positions at Sears, Victoria Secret, Gymboree, The Limited and Macy’s.
She is a former Director of The Federal Reserve Bank for the Chicago district. She is currently on the Board of Directors of Wet Seal, Blue Nile and Mela Sciences. Mindy earned a B.S. from the University of Illinois.
