With over 29 years of corporate and financial advisory experience, he assists clients in developing strategic advantage and maximum operating leverage. Hugh has acted in the role of President, as well as Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies with a specific focus on profit and liquidity improvement. He has provided litigation support and expert testimony in numerous Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Prior to Trimingham, Hugh was a consultant with Morris*Anderson & Associates, Chicago.
Hugh's commentary on strategic positioning, financial re-engineering and operational problem solving has been in The New York Times, The Houston Chronicle, CBS News, The Asian Wall Street Journal and CFO magazine.
Hugh is a Director of The Commercial Finance Association Educational Foundation in New York and The Turnaround Management Association in Chicago. He earned an MBA from the University of Toronto.
