Hugh has acted in the role of President, as well as Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies with a specific focus on profit and liquidity improvement. He has provided litigation support and expert testimony in numerous Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Prior to Trimingham, Hugh was a consultant with Morris*Anderson & Associates, Chicago.
Hugh's commentary on strategic positioning, financial re-engineering and operational problem solving has been in The New York Times, The Houston Chronicle, CBS News, The Asian Wall Street Journal and CFO magazine.
Hugh is a Director of The Commercial Finance Association Educational Foundation in New York and The Turnaround Management Association in Chicago. He earned an MBA from the University of Toronto.
