Hugh Larratt-Smith is a Managing Principal of the firm. He is a corporate viability specialist with a proven track record of accelerating the profitability and competitive advantages of clients.

With over 32 years of corporate and financial advisory experience, he assists clients in developing strategic advantage and maximum operating leverage. Hugh has acted in the role of President, as well as Chief Financial Officer for numerous companies with a specific focus on profit and liquidity improvement. Prior to Trimingham, Hugh was a consultant with Morris Anderson & Associates, Chicago.

Hugh's commentary on strategic positioning, financial re-engineering and operational problem solving has been quoted in The New York Times, The Houston Chronicle, CBS News, The Asian Wall Street Journal and CFO magazine. He is a regular contributing author of The Secured Lender.

Hugh is a Director of The Commercial Finance Association Educational Foundation in New York and The Turnaround Management Association, New York City Chapter. He earned an MBA from the University of Toronto, and his BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario.
