Ted J. Galovan
Ted Galovan has over twenty five years of senior executive financial positions in real estate, retail, manufacturing, distressed assets, and consumer branded product companies. He has significant experience with Private Equity Groups.
Ted has been CFO for Basic Research, Collect America, EAS, Inc. and Deluxe Check, all having revenues in excess of $300 million. He also served as Controller for Eddie Bauer for eight years in their growth from $300 million to $1.6 billion.
During his career he has gained extensive experience with debt and equity placements, acquisitions/divestitures, strategic planning, profit improvement and restructuring, legal, marketing/business development, and IT business process improvements and implementations. His total closed funding/transactional experience is over $1.5 billion.
Ted's experience with IT systems spans Microsoft Dynamics, QAD, and SAP suite of products in addition to multiple custom written software applications.
Ted earned his BA in Finance and MBA from the University of Utah, and is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the advisory board for LDS Business College.
