Hugh Crosthwait

Hugh Crosthwait is a change management specialist with over 30 years of operating experience, particularly in the health care and pharmaceutical sector.

He has led organizations through financial and operational turnarounds, as well as through periods of significant revenue growth. His recent assignments have included an industry consolidation play in the pet-care sector for a private equity group, an operational review of a drug development company, a European acquisition for a pharmaceutical client, and the sale of an operating division tied to globalization. For three years, Hugh was Interim COO of a chain of medical laboratories in the Hudson Valley region, which he successfully turned around.

Hugh earned an MSc from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from York University. He sits on the Board of Governors of North General General Hospital.
