Don Fleischer, p.e. specializes in interim and crisis management of under-performing businesses. Don is a Principal of the firm. He is particularly experienced in middle market companies that have operational problems due to inadequate manufacturing controls.
Since he began his career in 1967, Don has been involved in medium and heavy manufacturing in the plastics, metal alloy and cement sectors. He spent the first decade of his operational career in the steel and cement business, and since that time, has worked as a turnaround expert for a wide range of middle market businesses. Don has held P&L responsibility in a number of companies that were in, or emerging from Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. He has provided expert witness testimony in Chapter 11 cases.
Don holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Guelph, and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. He is a Professional Engineer.
