William A. (Bill) Poce

Bill Poce is a seasoned executive with over thirty years experience in business management, marketing, sales and operations in both national and international business. Having founded two successful companies, he has transitioned from industry to consumer products to real estate, demonstrating the flexibility and expertise needed in today’s business arena.

During his career he served as Vice President of Marketing (worldwide) for FMC Jetway Systems, where he was key in driving revenues to the $100 million level. He was President/Owner of Ramp International Inc., a major supplier of equipment to international airports, with manufacturing facilities in Jakarta, Indonesia and offices in Hong Kong, Bangkok and Salt Lake City. He was President/Owner of AKS International, an international sales and representation firm. Bill also held the position of Vice President Business Development for Basic Research LLC, a $300 million manufacturing, marketing and distribution company specializing in cosmetic and nutraceutical products. Most recently, he served as Sr. Vice President Marketing &Sales for Black Bear Resort, a $1 billion resort development at Bear Lake, Idaho.

Bill earned a BSc in marketing at the University of Utah, is a former member of the Utah District Export Council, and a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
