Brenda Potter-Phelan is a seasoned and results-oriented financial veteran with over 23 years of experience, specializing in providing companies with the ability to enhance and maximize financial information for the purpose of strategic decision making to support growth and profit improvement. Brenda has over 15 years of experience as a Corporate Controller/CFO in a variety of industries including consumer goods retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and distribution. Brenda held positions of increasing financial and operational responsibility at Club Monaco, FMH (distributor of Fisher Skis/Dynafit Boots), Marci Lipman Fashions and Capcom Interactive. Before joining Trimingham, Brenda built a medium-sized accounting and management consulting practice providing clients with outsourced expertise in accounting, tax, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, process and internal control improvements, performance management info/analysis and general business/strategic planning.
Brenda received her BA from York University and is a Certified General Accountant.
