Blaž Šlemic

Blaž Šlemic is a corporate and real estate financing specialist based in Slovenia.

Prior to Trimingham, Blaž worked as a Director of Austrian Union Bank Klagenfurt - Branch office in Slovenia. Before this, Blaž was Director of corporate banking in DBS d.d., where he held all major positions – Chairman of the corporate loans approval board, member of NPL committee, and member of ALCO committee. He was also Member of Supervisory board and President of Appointments and Compensation Committee in one of the largest insurance company group in the region – Triglav d.d. Prior to this, he was employed in Intesa Sanpaolo Group and biggest Slovenian bank NLB d.d. on a various positions.

Blaž earned a Bachelor of Economic at University of Ljubljana – Faculty of Economics, and Master of Business studies with focus on corporate finance and comparative economic systems at Faculty of Commercial and Business Sciences – FKPV. He has Certificate of Slovenian Directors Associations and Deloitte Academy.
