Bill Alexander

Bill Alexander is a specialist in equity and debt financing, with a particular focus on mezzanine debt and preferred stock financings.

Bill has a broad range of corporate finance experience beginning with the leveraged buyout groups of The Chase Manhattan Bank, CIBC and Citibank in New York City in the 1970’s and 1980’s. Following his career in leveraged finance, Bill managed the Small Business Investment Corporations for CIBC in New York and M&T Bank in Buffalo.

Bill earned a BA from Auburn University, an M.A. from Boston University and an M.Phil. from Columbia University. He is a Founding Director of The Upstate Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
